Precise AV technicians pre-build and test all systems before installation. We have found that this practice provides greater quality control, earlier resolution of issues, improved efficiency, and greater success rates upon final installation.
Pre-Staging System Construction
All project equipment is inspected, and assembled at our in-house staging facility. Equipment racks are populated, cabling is installed, and control system programming is performed. All system components are readied by our technicians. Project managers coordinate with in-field personal and project representatives to verify site readiness for the actual installation.
Installation
Upon confirmation Precise AV field technicians begin on-site equipment and fixture installation, cable termination, programming, and system testing. Our testing process is thorough, after which we produce test reports and a punch list of any outstanding issues. Once resolved, documented, and signed off by the project manager, all documentations and reports are delivered back to our engineering department for generating the as-built system drawing package.
System Handover and Training
Precise AV conducts user training and system orientation with client personnel and other designated parties. We fully demonstrate system functionality, and ensure total user comfort and technical proficiency before project sign off. We furnish a complete as-built system drawing/documentation package upon completion. All manufacturer warranty cards and information are provided, and the Precise AV standard warranty period begins upon client sign off. Additional managed services plans are available, and we present all options at this system training session.
