AV system operation can be impacted by many factors, like varying users and levels of expertise, complexity of systems, equipment, and more. At Precise AV we understand that flexibility is critical to delivering reliable service and technical support so that your AV systems continue to perform trouble free. We offer a variety of choices for creating a custom managed service program that fits your specific needs.
The Precise AV preventative maintenance plan covers one, two, or four visits per year. We service the systems we have furnished, replacing parts as necessary and adjusting the system components to their original specification. This preventative care will prolong equipment life, helps to head off equipment failure, and ensures that at all times your system is performing to its original specifications.
Precise AV’s emergency service plan utilizes a 24-hour call-out system whereby we will repair or replace any faulty items. Agreed response times are available as (within) three hours, six hours or next working day. Emergency coverage will get your system up and running again as soon as possible, without suffering any financial penalty or delays due to manufacturers’ lack of spare parts or such.
If we are unable to repair equipment within the agreed-to response time, we will replace the faulty unit(s), next working day, with a similar unit(s) until a repair has been completed. We endeavor to keep spare equipment in stock for all systems we maintain. If we are unable to replace items from our stock, we will procure rental equipment until a repair or replacement of the faulty system equipment occurs. In practice, to minimize system down-time we replace any faulty item of equipment and repair at our shop. (NOTE: Emergency coverage does not include the cost of spares and/or replacement parts, or the cost of rented equipment.)
A Precise AV Extended Warranty covers the costs to repair and/or replace any faulty item, and if necessary, the rental of any substitute item to replace a faulty one while being repaired. The Extended Warranty also covers the costs for replacement of limited-life items such as standby batteries, etc. Please contact Precise AV for additional information or for help in developing a custom service program for your system.
